Maintenance visits can be one off or a regular arrangement and can cover the following areas: Pump servicing, filter maintenance, UV servicing, plant splitting and re-potting as well as algae treatment applications.
A complete pond clear out should not be done too often as it disturbs wildlife and is stressful to the fish. In most cases as long as plants are kept to a manageable size and the fish stock is correct for the filter, the pond should only need a complete clean every 4-5 years.
