Aquarium maintenance

The tank is then refilled with preheated water containing a de-chlorination chemical and plant fertilizers. The water is pumped in slowly to reduce stress to the fish.

Filtration, lighting and heating equipment is checked on each visit and serviced if necessary. The water will be tested to ensure any potential problems are picked up early.

Thinning of plants and cleaning of tank décor will be done as needed.
